  "Description": "Clustering is unsupervised and exploratory in nature. Yet,\nit can be performed through penalized regression with grouping\npursuit. In this package, we provide two algorithms for fitting\nthe penalized regression-based clustering (PRclust) with\nnon-convex grouping penalties, such as group truncated lasso,\nMCP and SCAD. One algorithm is based on quadratic penalty and\ndifference convex method. Another algorithm is based on\ndifference convex and ADMM, called DC-ADD, which is more\nefficient. Generalized cross validation and stability based\nmethod were provided to select the tuning parameters. Rand\nindex, adjusted Rand index and Jaccard index were provided to\nestimate the agreement between estimated cluster memberships\nand the truth.",
